Douglas County Environmental Health is presenting a free Food Handler’s class Wednesday, July 17th. There are two sessions to choose from, 10:00-11:30 AM or 6:30-8:00 PM. This class is ideal for restaurant employees, church kitchen volunteers/employees, youth concession stand employees, group home employees, or anyone interested in becoming a safer food handler. A certificate will be issued with the completion of this course, however, it does NOT qualify as a Certified Food Manager Class.
