Off-Highway Motorcycle Trail System

Off-Highway Motorcycle Trail System
Douglas County has over 5 miles of single track off-highway motorcycle (OHM) trails maintained by the Straight Arrow Enduro Riders (SAER) Motorcycle Club in cooperation with the Minnesota DNR.  These trails connect to an extensive network of more than 45 additional miles of OHM trails in Minnesota’s Nemadji State Forest.

Douglas County OHM trails open on the summer ATV trail opening date (varies each year, typically late May) and close on October 31st annually.  To find out more information on the trail opening date and to get the latest update on trail conditions, please monitor this website or call the Douglas County Trail Hotline 24 hours a day 7 days a week at (715) 378-4528.

Please note that although trails may be open, they can be very susceptible to damage depending on day-to-day conditions.  All riders should use their best judgment and if it’s wet, don’t ride to protect the trails!
