VA Health Care

The Minneapolis VA Health Care System provides for the health care needs of Veterans in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.

The Twin Ports VA Out-Patient Clinic, located in Superior WI, provides several services including Audiology, Ophthalmology, and Physical Therapy.

You must be enrolled in the Minneapolis VA Health Care System to receive treatment through the VA. Enrollment in VA health care is determined annually. Most honorably discharged veterans are eligible for treatment. There may be a co-payment required based on income. To apply for the VA health care, the Veteran must complete the proper form and supply a copy of their discharge papers.
