Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse
Services Provided
Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) Services provides chemical dependency services to address and treat problems related to alcohol and other drug abuse.

Other services provided include:
  • Advocacy
  • Case management
  • Contract development and monitoring
  • Information and referral
  • Intake and assessment
  • Resource development
  • Services to the Court under Chapters 51, 55, and 880

All AODA treatment is provided by contracts with local service providers. These services include:
  • 24-hour on-call counselors
  • Aftercare
  • Assessments
  • Detoxification in a medical setting
  • Driving While Impaired (DWI) assessments
  • Intoxicated Drivers Program (IDP) treatment
  • Residential treatment

Programs
Women in Transition (WIT) is available to women who have an alcohol or drug problem and who may be in need of services in securing resources and overcoming barriers to obtaining treatment.
