An Access Intake Worker responds to inquiries regarding several Human Services Division services, forwarding requests to the designated unit.  The Access Intake function is an information gathering process for both mandatory and voluntary services.

Child Protection Investigative Services is a mandatory risk assessment service.  Referrals are made to safety services and change-orientated services supporting families.  Child Protection Investigative Services provides community education on child maltreatment issues and provides training with mandatory reporters.
