MISSION STATEMENT/DEPARTMENT PURPOSE

To provide Human Resource services and support to our county managers, employees, and County Board.  To ensure compliance with all relevant laws, consult and guide individuals in the nature of their work, to negotiate, develop, monitor, implement, and oversee contracts, employee services, policies, procedures, and laws and by doing so create a safe, equitable working environment that is ready to empower, accept change, and grow.
