Contact the Forestry Department at (715) 378-2219 or email forestry@douglascountywi.org to inquire on available dates and fees for renting the Pavilion and/or Soundshell facilities.  A signed rental agreement and payment is due prior to the event or within 30 days of making the reservation, whichever is sooner.  If payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.  No standing reservations will be accepted.  All reservations must be made in the same calendar year as the actual event.  Reservations are accepted at the Forestry Department Office on the first business day of each year.

Rolling Reservation Options for Dog Trial Groups, Organized Horse Groups, and Friends of the Bird Sanctuary (FOR ORGANIZED GROUPS ONLY -- We may request documentation to verify authenticity of the organized group.)  Per Douglas County policy, a signed contract and payment in our office is due by November 30th of the prior year or the reservation is permanently lost and the dates will be available for other events.

You must make arrangements to pick up and return the clubhouse key at the Forestry Department office during our regular working hours, which are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  The office is closed on weekends and holidays.

**Please note that ATV use is prohibited in the Bird Sanctuary, except on the Wild Rivers Trail, when the trail is open.**
