Treasurer's Office collects the first and second half taxes for the following
municipalities :
The local treasurers of the following municipalities collect the first half or full payments until January 31st and after that date they turn their books over to the County Treasurer's office:
If you want a receipt sent to you, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your payment. Real Estate Tax Payment Assistance The State of Wisconsin offers a Property Tax Deferral Loan Program. If you are age 65 or older, own your residence in Wisconsin, and meet certain other qualifications, you may apply to WHEDA for a loan of up to $2,500 to pay current real estate taxes. The loan principal and interest does not have to be repaid until you transfer ownership in your property or you no longer live in it. For more information regarding this program, call 1-800-264-6855.
